Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because we have a small office and don’t spend astronomical amount of money on advertising, relying more on repeat referral business. We are able to offer more competitive pricing than most larger companies.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both owners started working in their respective family businesses, as contractors, while attending trade schools in the olden days (1990’s lol)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We just completed a full house siding, window, soffit, and fascia renovation that took 4 days . This project turned out great and the homeowners are very happy! They are an available reference if you are interested.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choose a experienced contractor, that would take the time to go over the project in detail and explain the process. Also, if the owner of that company themselves handle the project management and are on site…every day, is a big part of getting a great end result.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I think one of the biggest questions is how long you’re going to be staying at the property and what your plans are in the future with that property. A lot of times this is a huge decision factor in the types of materials and long-term commitment to reducing future costs with the property.
